With the help of his professors, Javier left his native Costa Rica to attend a student work-exchange program at Harvard University some 20 years ago. Since then, he's earned degrees from Boston University and Cornell and led Diversity programs at various organizations. Today, he helps Biogen Idec maximize its talent and leverage the power of diversity to innovate.
